Sire Services
Semen Collection and Freezing
-Call us to make an appointment for
collecting your buck or ram.
-Make
sure he has an opportunity to breed a doe or two a few days
before collection, this will allow for a much
better sample for processing.
Otherwise there is a
possibility that he will need to be "cleaned up" in order to
obtain a good sample.
Once the sample is collected it is taken to the lab for
analysis and processing. Our standards for semen evaluation include Sperm Vision, a computer assisted
sperm analysis (CASA) specially designed for animals.
Using this program, we consistently
evaluate fresh and post-thaw semen samples.
Complete information and video images of the
sample and individual cells are recorded from each male's collection.
Post-Mortem Sperm Recovery:
From a recently deceased
animal. You can ship the animal testicles overnight
or bring them to our lab. Call us for details

Independent Semen Evaluations:
If you would like to know
the quality of a batch of semen, bring a frozen
straw and we can analyze it for you.
Breeding Soundness Exam:
If you want to know if a
buck/ram is fertile before you put him in with
females or before you purchase it.
Semen Storage:
One straw or many, we will store it
for you.
Semen Shipping:
We have shipping tanks for rent, so
we can send a tank to pick up or deliver
semen.

Female Services
-Embryo
Collection: We would customize a schedule
for your embryo donors and recipients. You can choose for us
to do the entire ET program at our facilities (minimum stay
18 days), you can bring the donors and recipients to our
facilities and we will take care of everything.
Or, if you
feel comfortable following the superovulation program, you
can do it at your farm and bring them the morning
of the embryo collection and transfer.
Artificial Insemination.
We would customize a schedule
for synchronizing your does.
You can follow the program at your farm or we can do
it at our facilities (minimum stay 12 days).
Laparoscopic or transcervical. With fresh or frozen
semen.
Embryo Transfer.
From fresh or from frozen embryos.
Embryo Freezing.
We can freeze all the embryos from a
collection or just the extra embryos
Embryo Storage.
We can store the embryos for you
until you decide to use them, sell them or ship them.
Embryo Shipping.
We rent shipping tanks to pick up or
deliver frozen embryos in the US.
Ultrasound/ Pregnancy
Diagnosis. Starting at
about day 35 post breeding, AI or ET.
